Unleash Your Child's Full Potential

  • Is your son struggling to keep up?
  • Is he falling behind in Cheder, Yeshiva Ketana, or Beis Medrash?
  • Does he feel overwhelmed, distracted, or emotionally fragile?

Sometimes the challenges go beyond the classroom.

Maybe he's struggling socially with peers.

Maybe home feels like a daily battle—tension, meltdowns, or withdrawal.

Maybe he finds it hard to stay organized, focused, or calm in everyday life.

Or maybe you sense he's capable of so much more, but something keeps holding him back.

We've seen it all—and we've seen what's possible.

icn

One young boy, not yet 2 years old, came to us fragile and struggling. Within just three weeks, the transformation was so remarkable that his therapists paused mid-session and asked his parents, "What have you been doing? This child is unrecognizable—he's thriving!"

That's the kind of growth we believe every child deserves.

At Brain Intact, we help children overcome challenges by rewiring the brain for focus, confidence, and calm. We build stronger thinking skills, emotional resilience, and the ability to shine both at home and in the classroom.

This is more than tutoring.

It's transformation.

One-on-one, custom sessions for boys, bochurim, and chasanim.

At Brain Intact, we don't just use the BrainStorm method—we've taken it further.

Our approach, developed by Mrs. Mertzbach, combines movement-based therapy with emotional and cognitive work, enriched by years of study, hands-on experience, and deep psychological insight.

What makes us different?

We focus not only on the child's brain and body, but also on their belief in themselves. We guide parents too, giving them the tools to create peace at home and confidence in their child's growth.

And when needed, we collaborate with other therapists, ensuring every angle is covered so your child reaches his full potential as quickly as possible.

Our method helps build:

A Foundation Rebuilt — Age 5

A very sweet 5-year-old boy, just coming out of kindergarten and entering Pre-1A, struggled in nearly every area.

He didn't recognize the Alef-Beis, had poor visual skills (focus, fixation, tracking), low balance and coordination, and difficulty following instructions. From a classroom Rebbe's perspective, he seemed like a severe ADHD case — with major sensory issues, weak core strength, and low muscle tone.

After six months of therapy, we referred him to Dr. Alexander for prism glasses once his brain was ready for that next step. About six months later, he no longer needed the glasses!

Continuing our work together, he soon became a thriving, confident student — focused, coordinated, and successful both in school and at home.

Today, he's top of his class, a fluent reader, and an absolute pleasure to be around.

His parents constantly express their gratitude for what they call "a life-changing transformation."

We thank Hashem for giving us the tremendous z'chus to help this amazing child shine.

Breaking Free from Anxiety — Age 16

This young man had been in therapy for several years due to severe social anxiety, significant OCD, learning difficulties, behavioral challenges, and very low self-esteem. He often tried to make himself feel "special" in unhealthy ways, seeking validation from others to compensate for how deeply inadequate he felt inside.

His therapist referred him to me, believing I could help. After our first session, he was extremely closed off — tense, guarded, and in a very dark emotional space.

Shortly afterward, his therapist called me, stunned by the immediate shift he observed after just one session.

Over the following months, through intensive and focused work, he began to open up. His expressive language developed dramatically. His social interactions transformed. His OCD symptoms decreased significantly. Most importantly, he developed genuine self-confidence.

Instead of seeking attention in unhealthy ways, he began to recognize his real strengths and abilities. He understood that he did not need external validation to feel valuable. Today, he is thriving academically, socially, and emotionally. His therapist was truly bewildered by the depth and speed of his growth.

Thank God, he emerged as a confident, capable young man — free from the layers of anxiety that once defined him.

Finding His Voice — Age 10

This child entered as a quiet, withdrawn, almost invisible presence in the classroom. He wasn't disruptive — but he wasn't learning or engaging either. His parents described him as sweet and intelligent, yet struggling.

As we began working together, he gradually opened up. He started interacting with peers, participating in class, and becoming a joy both at home and in school. Within a few months of consistent, focused effort, his academic performance improved significantly.

As his confidence grew, his talents began to surface. He discovered a strong interest in music. A year later, he had taught himself to play the violin in a remarkably short time. On Purim, he proudly visited family and friends, playing songs he had learned on his own.

He became a child who lit up the room with his presence — academically successful, socially connected, and confident in his abilities.

Learning to Bend — Age 11

An intelligent and capable child, but extremely rigid in his thinking. He saw the world in black-and-white terms and struggled deeply with flexibility. At home, this created significant tension. His self-esteem was fragile, and he would fall apart emotionally when things didn't go perfectly.

After a relatively short period of work together, his parents noticed immediate changes. Over time, those changes became profound. His flexibility improved dramatically. His emotional regulation strengthened. His social interactions became natural and healthy.

By helping him strengthen his more mature, balanced side — while gently developing the areas where he struggled — he began to truly shine.

We concluded our work once he reached a point of independence and stability. Today, he is doing beautifully.

Our goal is always the same: bring out a child's full potential until he no longer needs our assistance.

From Silence to Strength — Age 14

This boy had been virtually mute throughout his school years — sitting in class like a piece of furniture. Though he could read, he was unable to succeed academically or socially. As he grew older, frustration turned into conflict, and he became involved in serious altercations with peers.

His anxiety and OCD were extreme. He was sealed off emotionally. Yet from the first meeting, I saw a bright and intelligent young person hidden beneath the layers.

When I expressed this to his parents, they told me with tears in their eyes that no one had ever spoken about their child that way before.

After several months of intense work, he began to emerge. He opened up. He became proud of himself. His academic performance improved dramatically. Socially and emotionally, he transformed.

Today, he is thriving — and continues to grow into a capable, productive young man. Throughout the process, I worked closely with his parents and guided them through numerous school-related challenges.

The upward trajectory has been remarkable.

Uncovering a Hidden Diamond — Age 17

This young man lost his parents at the age of six. From that point forward, he emotionally shut down. Throughout school, he was silent, disengaged, and appeared to have no direction. He presented as extremely closed off — so much so that some wondered whether he was on the spectrum.

After our first meeting, I told his father and uncle:
"You have an extraordinary diamond here. It needs a great deal of work — but it is a diamond."

One of the father's greatest fears was whether his son would ever be able to function as an independent adult, get married, and build a family.

I assured him that with hard work, that future was absolutely possible.

The road was not simple. We worked intensely and faced many challenges. But this young man worked incredibly hard. Slowly, he began to open up. He formed friendships. His writing became clear and expressive. He revealed brilliant insight and depth that had been hidden for years.

Today, he is married, has children, and supports his family. He is a thriving, responsible adult and a tremendous source of pride.
Watching that hidden treasure become uncovered was an extraordinary privilege.

Conquering Fear — Age 7

A sweet child overwhelmed by fears, anxiety, and insecurity. He struggled socially and academically, working very hard but barely reaching average results.

After several months of targeted work, his fears began to dissolve. Even after facing a medical procedure and anxiety triggers from past events, he learned to regulate himself and move forward without falling back into panic.

Over time, he went from struggling near the middle of the class to excelling at the top. Confident, proud, and secure, he was accepted into an excellent school and is now thriving both academically and emotionally.

His parents remain deeply grateful for a transformation they once thought impossible.

Beyond the Diagnosis — Age 8

This child presented with severe ADHD symptoms — inability to concentrate, extreme sensory sensitivity, poor social skills, difficulty respecting authority, and a significant academic gap. He could not read and frequently disrupted the classroom.

His parents had been advised to begin strong ADHD medication combined with anxiety treatment. Before starting, they agreed to give us two months of intensive intervention.

We worked closely together. Within two months, the need for emergency medication was eliminated. He began structured tutoring to learn to read, alongside emotional and behavioral support.

There were challenges along the way, but by the end of the year, he was reading, keeping up in class, and functioning successfully. Teachers were guided throughout the process to ensure consistency.

Family members remarked that he was unrecognizablecalm, pleasant, humorous, proud of himself, and a joy to be around.

An extraordinary transformation.
